Once this procedure has been put into place, one of two things will happen. The owner or lien holder will come pay you and pick up the vehicle or we'll finish the documents giving you the right to sell the vehicle. All this is done within a 6 week period. Once the lien sale documents have been completed, it will contain all the require paperwork giving you the right to sell the vehicle. The lien sale documents will be delivered to you. All you'll need to do is the sell the vehicle.

Do you have a vehicle your customer will not pay and pick up? After 60 days, the vehicle is legally considered abandoned. We prepare and process lien sale documents, giving you the right to sell your abandoned vehicles.
